WebPulse is a product of EarnifyHub Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), operating at webpulse.earnifyhub.com. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our service and how we use it.
Account data: When you register, we collect your name and email address. Your password is stored as a secure, one-way hash — we cannot read it.
Crawl data: We store the URLs, configurations, and results of crawl jobs you create. This data is used solely to provide the service to you.
Payment data: We accept only cryptocurrency. We store your deposit wallet address, the coin type, and payment status. We do not store credit card numbers or bank details — ever.
Usage data: We log standard server access data (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited) for security monitoring and debugging.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Crawl results are retained per your plan's history limit. You may request deletion of your account and data by emailing support@earnifyhub.com.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access-controlled databases. Cryptocurrency private keys used for payment processing are encrypted at rest.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@earnifyhub.com. Users in the EU/UK have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR.
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified by email. Continued use of WebPulse after changes constitutes acceptance.
