1. Acceptance

By using WebPulse ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Permitted Use

You may use WebPulse to crawl websites that you own or have explicit permission to crawl. You must comply with each target website's robots.txt and terms of service.

3. Prohibited Use

  • Crawling websites to collect personal data without consent
  • Circumventing access controls or authentication
  • Using results for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
  • Reselling access to WebPulse without authorization
  • Attempting to damage or overload the WebPulse infrastructure

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are in cryptocurrency and are non-refundable once a plan is activated. Plans renew monthly. You are responsible for renewing before expiry.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for lost revenue due to downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

WebPulse is provided "as is". EarnifyHub Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or data extracted.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without refund.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
